NGC7331 & Stephan's Quintet

4th October 2007 - 50th Anniversary of the space race

I lost most of my frames for my first attempt at these faint galaxies. Seems the guide scope slipped and stopped guiding after 20 frames.

All was not lost.....as I did manage 17 frames of 3mins @ ISO800. But for some reason I only managed to capture one single dark frame.

The image below does show a lot of faint galaxies NGC7331 being the object on the left and Stephan's Quintet on the right.
