M33 - The Pinwheel Galaxy
Tried a reprocess of the images below and this looks a bit more colour balanced.
27th November 2006
Quite a windy night but I managed to capture a lot of data for the newest shot of M33.
26 x 3 mins = 1h 18 min total exposure
I'm very happy with these shots and now need to work a bit on the flat frame and focus.
In the image above i have tried to pull out a bit more detail in the image but i think i have lost a bit of colour in the stars. |

On inspection of my latest images i have noticed a few very faint galaxies and the images below show where they are located.

The images above show the galaxy PGC005899, which at 15.51 magnitude its pretty faint |

These images above show yet another faint fuzzy. This time its the galaxy PGC005694 at magnitued 16.50, even fainter! |

| 31.10.06 - This is my first image of M33. Its a large galaxy found in the Triangulum constellation. I'm quite surprised at the amount of detail. |
