M31, M32 & M110 - Andromeda Galaxy

Tried a reprocess and I'm very happy with the result.

9th December 2006 - Managed to capture data amounting to 2 hours of exposure (40 x 3 mins). I used the Orion 80ED which framed the image very well.

I'm really happy with these shots and managed to gather quite alot of information before the moon rose to high.

   
       
       
   

 

13 x 30 seconds using ISO 800. M31 was at my zenith (right above my location). This allowed me to capture more detail than before.
In this image i have used Photoshops auto levels to bring out a bit more detail.

These images were my first attempts at M31. I have captured the other close by galaxies, M32 and M110.
A bit more detail in this image, but more noise.
