John Bull - India Pale Ale - 2nd Kit

This is my second batch and I shall be using a different yeast Safale S-04.

This time I made sure to give the wort a really good mix

24 hours later and it's working much better than my first.

4 days later I took a reading and its at 1011.

Nice colour and a very pleasing taste already.

Now at 1010

Reading now at 1008

Should be able to barrel the brew soon.

Still at 1008 so decided to bottle and barrel the beer

A week later I moved the brew from the cupboard and sampled some from the barrel.

A good head on the beer and it tasted excellent!!!!
